Return & Exchange Policy

At KROACH, we aim to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Exchanges

We offer a 5-day exchange policy for:

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged or defective products

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges in exchange cases related to sizing or preference changes.

KROACH is not responsible for return parcels lost during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

After verification, we will provide:

  • A replacement product, or

  • KROACH Store Credit

Store Credits

Approved refunds or exchange balances may be issued as KROACH Store Credit.

Store Credits:

  • Can be used on future purchases

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be converted into cash

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery

  • Minor color variations caused by screen differences

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
